ATC Wrap up Tournament 2011 Looking forward to the favourable weather predicted for next weekend. Open Singles Ladies Singles -over 18 years of age Mixed Doubles Players will be seeded by tournament committee. Date: October 8, 2011 Cost- $15 per person Includes: hamburger/hot dog, drinks Bragging rights for the year! Last years' final matches were terrific. Come out and watch some excellent tennis right in our own backyard. Guillermo Manuel (Willie) Gonzalez Passed away suddenly at Southlake Hospital in Newmarket on Saturday July 16th, 2011 at the age of 63. Born in Uruguay December 19, 1947. Survived by his loving wife Rosa Gonzalez (nee Coleman), his daughter Rose Lolli (husband Walter), and his grandchildren Eric, Kayla, and Alex Lolli. He will also be missed by his brother Juan (wife Betsie). One of his greatest passions was sketching and painting. One of his other passions was cheering for his favourite soccer team (Uruguay) during World Cup Soccer. He enjoyed spending quality time with his 3 grandchildren, whom he cherished. He was a retired employee of the Toronto Transit Commission and was very proud of that accomplishment. The memorial was held at W. John Thomas Funeral Home in Alliston on July 21st, 2011. Memorial donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated. Willie's competitive spirit and most of all, his joyful laugh will be sadly missed. ...
