May 22 Update

 Hello Everyone

The recent announcement to allow the reopening of outdoor tennis courts came quite unexpectedly. We didn't have any prior warning  or guidelines for the opening provided by the Town or the OTA. So for those of you who called  and emailed at 3:30 pm while Premier Ford was still talking wondering if they could play, please get a life.

There's more to opening a court under the current pandemic guidelines than just putting up the nets.

With the help of Mary Wales and Lego Alfarero we installed the nets, repaired windscreen, cleaned the courts and installed the necessary signage to be able to open in a safe and proper manner.

A QR code linking to a self testing Covid-19 questionnaire needs to be completed by anyone using the courts for each day. This will allow us to fulfill the tracing requirement requested by the Town. You can fill out the form before leaving home with this link:

Self Screening Test

For now only 5 players are allowed on the facility at a time.

Do not linger at the courts.

The keys for last year will be working up until the locks are changed sometime next week. An email will be sent out once we have the keys.

40 minute playing limit is suggested.

Sanitize before and after entering the  courts.

Registration and further details to follow.

2021 Registration Form

Please have patience as this is not as simple as it might appear.

Thanks

Andrew
