Peter will be teaching our Junior and Adult lessons as well as stroke clinics at the club. He brings a wealth of teaching experience to our club. Peter is teaching at local area facilities in Barrie, Creemore and has been at other clubs in Ontario. Alliston's Herrington aces Burlington tournament

Posted April 2, 2013 Alliston's Rebecca Herrington took part in the Ace Super Series 3-star tennis tournament over the weekend in Burlington, entering as an unseeded player. When it was over, she had won the championship knocking off top seeds along the way.

The Gr. 9 student at Banting Memorial High School defeated the 4, 3 and 2 seeded players along the way to claim the title, including Katie Lariviere, one of the top young players in the province, in the finals.

Rebecca is a member of the Alliston Tennis Club, and at 13, became the first female to win the Club's Mixed Open Championship.
