As our season comes to a close, I would like to remind everyone
of our Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The meeting provides an opportunity to update the members on our
club operation.
AGM Agenda and Proxy Vote form
(for those unable to attend and wishing to appoint another
member to vote on their behalf)

Eligible voting members must be 18 years of age.
Further reports will be provided prior to the AGM
Due to the current Covid-19 situation we will not be having an
in person meeting, but rather an online zoom meeting.
A link to attend the zoom meeting will be forwarded upon request.
